Tyson Corner Metro is a great station for public transportation. You can board buses and the metro subway here. There is a bridge that connects to Tysons Corner Center and a hotel, which is very convenient.
Nice station that is fairly clean. Plenty of bench seating while you are waiting for trains. Easy access to the shopping in the area.
Roomy with large platform space as this is easily the nicest and cleanest metro station in the DC area with nice views.

Large pedestrian bridge is accessible to arrive and departure from the significantly enormous mall.
This is a nice clean station. However, the COVERED WALKWAY IS NOT COVERED ALL THE WAY TO THE MALL. I read reviews here that said there was a covered walkway all the way to the mall, so we went today in the rain. Unfortunately, we got wet. There is a covered walkway for part of the walk, but there is a 200-300 ft section of that path that is not covered. I even confirmed the route with the metro employees to ensure I did not miss something. Don't expect to stay dry if you come to the mall in the rain.
